About The Role

n

You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

n

n
Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
n
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
n
Convene and conduct meetings
n
Attending networking events
n

n

About you

n

Candidates with relevant related experience within the Owners Corporation space will be considered.

n

Ideal but not essential.

n

n
1 - 2 + years experience in Owners Corp industry
n
Ability to manage diverse portfolios
n
High attention to detail and administrative skills
n
Understanding of Owners Corp Legislation and related regulations in VIC
n
Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
