About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of critical IT infrastructure and network services across a complex operational environment. This role works closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, and vendor partners to ensure technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure and network services
n
Manage infrastructure deployments end-to-end, including scheduling, runbooks, approvals, and change management
n
Partner with Project Managers to define infrastructure scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
n
Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
n
Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and costs, providing transparent status reporting to stakeholders
n




Ensure all infrastructure changes align with enterprise standards and service management practices
n
Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong infrastructure or service management background
n
Robust understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise service operations
n
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills
n
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
Working knowledge of IT service management frameworks
n
