The Position:

n

Our company requires a permanent full time Building Supervisor who will be based in the Echuca region.

n

Duties and responsibilities include:

n

n
Provide daily supervisions of multiple job sites, suppliers and trades.
n
Good forward planning/coordinating of trades.
n
Maintaining accurate build times without compromising on quality.
n
Knowledge and adherence to OH&S; policies and procedures.
n
Close liaison with clients from start of build to handover.
n
Close liaison with internal and external staff members.
n
Maintain and ensure data is recorded in the Company's tracking system.
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
Work experience as a Building Supervisor.
n
Strong project management skills to sequence trades efficiently.
n
Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction.
n
Extensive experience as a carpenter.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to be a genuine team player and able to work unsupervised.
n
Excellent skilled and personal presentation.
n
