Job Description
V/Line's Communications & Engagement team is seeking a Customer Experience Officer on a 0.7 FTE parental leave cover through to May 2027. Based at head office in Melbourne, you will help deliver customer experience, communications and readiness initiatives across the network.

You will coordinate customer information, develop content, brief and deploy temporary staff during events, and build robust relationships with internal teams to ensure accurate information and positive outcomes.
