What You'll Be Doing

n

n
Process weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 11,000 employees and labour hire personnel.
n
Maintain accurate employee records, including employment, taxation, banking and remuneration information.
n
Provide exceptional support to employees and managers by responding to payroll enquiries.
n




Prepare payroll reporting and assist with year-end payroll activities.
n
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and enhance employee experience.
n
Support compliance with legislative, SOX and company requirements.
n

What You'll Bring

Previous payroll, accounts or administration experience.
n
Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment.
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
n
Experience with SAP Payroll.
n
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
n
High-volume payroll processing experience.
n
