Ace Waste are seeking a Business Development Executive

n

Based in our Brisbane Head Office in Brisbane CBD, you will be joining a small agile team with your role focusing on sourcing new business opportunities, service existing clients and helping to ensure the longevity the Ace Waste business.

n

Have a willingness and desire to proactively source recent business opportunities

n





Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Waste Industry and the dynamics of the waste disposal regulations.

n

Understanding clients and internal business to provide strategies and services to various companies around Queensland

n

Build relationships, meeting and greetingnewprospective businesses

n

Finding and creatingnewbusiness prospects by approachingnewbusinesses and maintaining/managing existing relationships with clients

n

Generating solution-orientated proposals aligned with customer requirements

n

Requirements:

n

Effective communication skills; both verbal and written

n

Proactive, confident and forthcoming attitude

n

Must be solution-focused and be able to provide guidance for customers

n

Proven track record in customer service and sales

n

Previous experience in thewastemanagement, industrial or medical sector is helpful but not mandatory.

n

Must be willing to door knock/cold call and be hungry fornewbusiness

n

Background in Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous.

n

Must conduct a National Police Check

n

The successful applicant will feel comfortable in a compliance reliant industry and have an extremely high attention to detail.
