This role is the perfect opportunity for a allied health professional with a background in Physiotherapy who are either experienced in occupational rehabilitation or clinicians looking to put 'down the tools' but still use your clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference!

What you will be doing:
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

Why this role:
Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
