Our client is a well-established paediatric speech clinic that has supported local families for 15+ years.
The team is speech-only and known for being friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely supportive of one another.
They are looking for a Speech Pathologist with a passion for coaching families and supporting children.
You'll deliver evidence-informed assessments and therapy across speech, language and literacy, with a particular emphasis on school readiness.
This is a clinic based role with options of completing school and kinder visits
You will work across clinic, school and kinder settings (optional)
Key clinical areas include:
Paediatric speech assessments and intervention
Speech sound, language and literacy support
School readiness programs for children preparing to start school
On offer:
Salary guide ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)




Opportunity to supervise/mentor (with option to reduce caseload)
Weekly supervision and structured case management support
Full admin support (bookings and day-to-day admin managed for you)
PD allowance: $1,000 + 15 hours study leave

Key Requirements:
SPA registration
Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
