The Admin Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations across administration, property, and asset management. This role requires robust organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.

Responsibilities

n
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
n
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
n
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
n
Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders.
n
Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
n
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and track progress against business objectives.
n
Support the organization and documentation of company governance activities,
n
Ensure property assets are well-maintained and support dealership operations.
n
Mandarin speaking is preferred.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
n
2–3 years of administrative experience (automotive or retail preferred).
n
Experience in property/facility management is an advantage.
n
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
n
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
n
Valid driver's license (mandatory for NSW site travel).
n
