Burleigh Heads - Full Time Front of House Manager

We are now seeking the next customer service superstar to join our team as theFront of House Manager at YOMG Burleigh Heads!

n

Applicants to this role, must be:

n

n
available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends,
n
available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week,
n
experienced in managing a front of house customer service team,
n
a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience,
n
skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric,
n
able to work well in a team environment,
n
trustworthy with glowing references,
n
a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
n
willing to learn and excel,
n
passionate about hospitality, food, and customer service.
n

Some role responsibilities include:

n

n
managing your team on a day-to-day basis,
n
hiring, training and the development of your team,
n




managing and controlling labour costs,
n
maintaining operational policies and standard operating procedures,
n
assisting with stock purchasing and levels,
n
maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store,
n
rostering and timekeeping,
n
reporting directly to your area manager/s and YOMG Head Office.
n
