Pamido Pty Ltd is Australian owned and operated. We are a manufacturer and installer of Blind & Curtains, Shutters, Flyscreens' and Security screens to name a few. Our offices are in Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, and Sydney, with show rooms in Newcastle and Sydney also.

The Role

We are a growing and expanding company with offices now in Coffs Harbour, Newcastle and Sydney. We are seeking part time and full time Sales Consultants to join our Newcastle (NSW) region. As a sales consultant, you will be working closely with our customers, providing measures and quotes to find the most suitable products for their needs. Other responsibilities include:

Report to our Sales manager
n
Follow up on leads and strive for a successful sale.
n
Build and maintain rapport with all key customer accounts.
n
Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets.
n
Proactively looking at new methods to generate recent business and leads.
n

The Candidate

n

To be successful, the candidate will need to be or have:

n

n
Highly motivated with an inspirational attitude towards their job
n
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.




n
Have strong problem-solving abilities to think outside the square when meeting client's needs. "Nothing is a problem, and only a challenge to overcome/resolve"attitude.

An ability to accurately site measure and
n
A current Australian driver license and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
A friendly and confident personality, with an ability to recommend suitable products for customers.
n
Previous experience working with doors and windows will be highly advantageous.
