Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Quarry Labourers to join our team at a busy quarry site in Googong NSW. This hands-on role involves a variety of manual tasks and equipment operation in a heavy-duty outdoor environment.

About the Role
n
You will play a vital part in supporting daily quarry operations. Key responsibilities may include:
n

Cleaning and preparing work sites
n
Operating tools and equipment
n
Assisting and operation of excavation and digging machinery
n
Supporting construction, tunnel, shaft, and demolition-related tasks
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free worksite
n
Hour are 6am - 6pm Monday to Thursday, shorter shifts on Friday with optional OT on Saturday pending production levels (perm employees get first dibs)
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in construction, quarrying, or heavy labouring environments
n
Experience operating excavation or digging equipment (desirable)
n
Physically fit and capable of undertaking demanding manual tasks
n
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
n
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
n
n
Compliance Requirements
n
n
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
n
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
n
Driving record check
n
White Card (Construction Induction)
n
n
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Familiarity with small plant, machinery, or survey equipment
n
Ongoing casual role with full-time hours
