Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming setting.
n
Perform general cleaning duties, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
n
Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
n
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
n
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria
n

A positive attitude, friendly nature, and genuine passion for customer service.
n
Previous housekeeping/commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel.
n
Excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail, and high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
n
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
n
Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (shifts generally between 8am - 4pm).
n
Be a resident of the ACT or the surrounding border region.
n
Provide at least one skilled reference with your application.
