As enquiry continues to grow across both recent and used vehicles, we are looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused Business Manager to join our leadership sales team.

This is not a transactional F&I; role.
n This is about delivering premium finance experiences, driving performance, and operating at a Business Class standard.

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

As our Business Manager, you will:

n
Lead the full finance and insurance process across new and used vehicle sales
n
Present tailored finance, insurance and protection solutions with clarity and confidence
n
Maximise penetration and income while maintaining exceptional compliance standards
n
Build robust relationships with lenders and internal stakeholders
n
Support Sales Managers and Consultants to lift overall dealership performance
n
Deliver a seamless, transparent and fully digital customer journey
n

Who We're Looking For

n
Minimum 3 years' F&I; / Business Manager experience in automotive
n
Strong lender relationships and product knowledge
n
High attention to compliance and regulatory detail
n
Commercially sharp with robust closing ability
n
Confident communicator who can influence without pressure
n
Team-focused, resilient and driven
