Program Director - Single View of Customer

A large, well-known Australian organisation is seeking a highly specialised Program Director to lead a complex and sensitive customer data consolidation program — creating a unified view of the customer across the business. This is a niche role operating at the intersection of technology, data governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial delivery. It's not purely a technology program; it's a regulatory, ethical, and commercial challenge requiring someone who understands all of those dimensions simultaneously.

About the Role

End-to-end ownership of the program across technology, data, compliance, and change workstreams
n
Navigate a complex regulatory setting spanning the Privacy Act, enterprise consent frameworks, and industry-specific data restrictions
n
Oversee integration of customer data across CRM, digital channels, contact centre, and marketing platforms
n
Manage a broad senior stakeholder group across technology, marketing, legal,



compliance, risk, and finance
n
Lead vendor management across martech, data, and integration partners
n

About You

n

n
Proven delivery of Single View of Customer or equivalent enterprise data consolidation programs
n
Deep understanding of enterprise consent and data governance frameworks
n
Experience in health insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated settings is highly regarded
n
Familiarity with relevant platforms — Salesforce, Genesys, CDPs, MuleSoft, or equivalent
n
Senior stakeholder and vendor management experience across complex, multi-party ecosystems
n
Commercially astute with a explicit understanding of what the program needs to deliver for the business, not just technically
n
