Piermont Retreat is a boutique coastal destination on Tasmania's East Coast, home to unique accommodation, weddings, events and the historic Homestead Restaurant.
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.
This is a casual position with regular hours available and the opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time role for the right person.
The Role
You'll be part of our front-of-house team, helping deliver great food, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
Duties include:
Greeting and looking after guests.
Taking food and beverage orders.
Serving meals and drinks.
Assisting with restaurant setup and pack down.
Supporting weddings, events and special functions.
Maintaining a clean and professional work setting.
About You
Friendly, positive and reliable.
Enjoy working with people.




Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to learn and take initiative.
Available to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
Must possess valid Australian work rights.
Minimum 1-2 years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required
