Job Description
Randstad is seeking a passionate Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team at a beautifully appointed aged care facility located two hours outside Melbourne.
This permanent, full-time role is Monday to Friday, offering weekends back to enjoy the regional lifestyle.
You will oversee delivery of high-quality, resident-focused clinical care, manage nurses and carers, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
AHPRA registration as an RN and robust leadership are essential.
