BlueCare Labrador Aged Care Facility is seeking an experienced Wellness Partner to support residents' wellbeing through engaging, person‐centred programs.
You will work under the Wellness Lead to deliver inclusive activities and collaborate with staff and volunteers to meet resident needs.
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is preferred; experience in aged care and dementia care is essential.
The role involves supporting independence, dignity and quality of life within our safety standards.
