THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end month-end and year-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, intercompany accounting and consolidation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a fast-paced, high-growth business - combining strong technical accounting with genuine influence over process, systems and controls as the finance function matures.
RESPONIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end monthly and annual close process
Lead group consolidation,



including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency treatment
Manage CAPEX accounting, including capitalisation, WIP, depreciation and disposals
Maintain balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliation and review
Support audit activity and contribute to strengthening the control environment
Partner with commercial and operational teams on accounting outcomes
Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
CA/CPA Qualified with demonstrable experience as a financial accountant.
Big 4/Mid-Tier Background highly desirable
Solid technical grounding across balance sheet governance
Advanced Excel and ERP experience in a multi-entity setting
Proactive, self start and hands on approach
