We are currently seeking an experienced individual with solid export and wharf knowledge to join our team.
n
Reporting directly to the Key Account Supervisor, you will play a critical role in coordinating export containers, managing deliveries from empty depots through to client deliveries and final lodgement at Melbourne wharf terminals.

Responsibilities include:
n
Assist the Key Account Supervisor with day-to-day operational tasks and priorities.
n
Accurately enter, update, and manage client bookings within Freight Tracker.
n
Liaise directly with our clients
n
Proactively chase empty releases & PRAs
n
Ensure containers meet export vessel cut off
n
Plan and secure wharf timeslots through 1-stop
n
Adjust timeslots when required to meet client demands
n
Manifest wharf vehicles through 1-stop
n
The successful candidate musthave:
n
Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace health and safety
n
Proven experience in wharf transport with a strong understanding of export logistics processes.
n
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with 1-Stop VBS.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a rapid paced workplace
n
High attention to detail, resilience, and patience to navigate changing priorities
