As one of Geelong's largest and most diverse hospitality destinations, our venue features a 200-seat bistro, busy sports bar, gaming lounge, motel, bottle shop and expansive function spaces hosting weddings, corporate events, live entertainment and community events.

We are seeking a driven, creative and highly organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of our promotional strategy and online presence.
n
This is a casual role which we are looking for someone 2 days a week to manage the online side of 2 of our venues (Sphinx Hotel and Fisherman's Pier).

Digital Marketing Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For
n
n
Planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and revenue
n
Social media management and posting
n
Ad design (Canva preferred)
n
Coordinating events from digital standpoint
n
Collaborating with department leaders on seasonal promotions and events
n
Supporting the continued growth and visibility of the Sphinx brand
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience in social media, marketing or hospitality promotions
n
Previous experience within a large pub, hotel or multi-faceted venue highly regarded
n
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
n
Qualified presentation with a customer-first approach
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
