About the Role

n

Tree planting is not for the faint-hearted. As a Tree Planter, you will work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions,



planting trees as part of a production-based team. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who enjoy hands‐on work and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

n

No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside people from diverse backgrounds on meaningful environmental projects.

n

Key Responsibilities

Manual planting of trees across wide-ranging sites
n
Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
n
Following site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
No prior experience required as full training is provided just come motivated, tough, and maybe a little wild.
n
Physically fit and capable of sustained manual labour
n
Strong work ethic and reliability
n
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
n
Willingness to travel for work (desirable)
n

Requirements

Construction White Card.
n
Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
n
Full PPE (or willingness to purchase).
n
