The Role
n
We are looking for a dedicated legal professional to take ownership of a caseload focused on property advisory and transactional matters. While the role sits within our property team, you will also gain exposure to property disputes and resolution strategies.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Providing explicit, commercial advice on a range of property matters.
n
Managing end-to-end transactional property files.
n
Assisting in property dispute resolution and litigation support.
n
Collaborating with senior partners and working autonomously on files.
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you should be a well-organized,
productive, and proactive lawyer. We are looking for:
n
Current Victorian Practising Certificate: Mandatory.
n
Experience: Legal experience in property law is preferred; however, we are committed to providing further training to the right candidate.
n
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
n
Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude, a robust work ethic, and a genuine willingness to be involved in all aspects of our practice.
