Position: ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator

n

Role Overview

n

The ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. The role includes supporting implementations, deployments, upgrades, and ensuring the platform operates securely and reliably in a Government workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Administer and support the ServiceNow platform
n
Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
n




Support ServiceNow implementations, deployments, and upgrades
n
Perform platform configuration including workflows, forms, and UI policies
n
Monitor system performance and resolve platform issues
n
Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
n
Maintain technical and operational documentation
n
Ensure platform compliance with Government security and governance standards
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
3+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Administrator
n
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration
n
Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes
n
Experience supporting ServiceNow deployments and upgrades
n
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
n
Robust communication and documentation skills
n
ServiceNow certification (CSA or equivalent)
n
Experience working in Government or regulated environments
