This 9-month role is for aSenior Business Analystto support the finance stream of a major Digital Transformation Program.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology by optimizing financial processes and ensuring system configurations align with both business needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management:Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to student fees, billing, invoicing, and payment plans.
Process Mapping:Map current-state and future-state Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to identify gaps and efficiency opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
System Configuration:Support the implementation partner through the configuration of Finance ERP modules based on documented requirements.
Testing & Validation:Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions address business needs.
Data Migration:Contribute to the strategy for migrating data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
Key Requirements




Domain Expertise:Demonstrated BA experience inAccounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, or financial operations.
Agile Prficiency:Robust knowledge of agile methodologies, including user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Analytical Skills:Exceptional problem‐solving abilities and strong documentation skills throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements
ERP Implementation:Highly desired experience withOracle, SAP, or equivalent product suite-based ERP implementations.
Education Sector Knowledge:Prior experience within theeducation sectorand familiarity with its specific financial functions.
Specialized Systems:Experience working with Student Management Systems (SMS) such as TechnologyOne, Callista, Banner, or Workday Student.
Project Lifecycle:Experience acting as a BA in a transformational program from its inception phase.
