We are seeking reliable production workers to join a well-established manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors. You will be part of a team responsible for the assembly and manufacture of high-quality window and door systems using machinery, hand tools and power tools.

Requirements for this position

n

n
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
n
Experience using hand and power tools
n
Good mechanical aptitude and ability to learn current manufacturing processes
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling throughout the day
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
n




Ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
n

Tasks involved in this role

n

n
Assembly of aluminium windows and doors
n
Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment
n
Using hand and power tools throughout the assembly process
n
Performing quality inspections on finished products
n
Reading and following production specifications
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
Working as part of a production team to achieve daily targets
n
Assisting with general factory duties as required
n

Pay details and conditions

n

n
$33.03/hour + Penalty Rates
n
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
n
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
n
Regular overtime available
n
Temp-to-perm prospect with long-term career prospects
n
