Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our operations and team.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing daily production, staff, and product flow across manufacturing and dispatch.

n

You will oversee operations from raw material intake through to finished goods, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the production team
n
Oversee daily manufacturing operations
n
Staff supervision, training, and rostering
n
Inventory and stock control management
n
Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
n
Maintain food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
n
Drive efficiency,



productivity, and continuous improvement

Ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved

Skills & Experience

n

n
Proven experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in bakery manufacturing environments
n
Qualified Scratch Mixes & Time Dough Baker
n
Robust leadership and team management skills
n
Experience in fast-paced production environments
n
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
n
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
n
Hands-on, proactive leadership style
n
Ability to work early morning shifts
n
