PHN Hunter New England and Central Coast – Erina NSW is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator – Urgent Care with frontline clinical experience in ED, urgent care or up-to-date general practice.
The role focuses on designing, commissioning and improving services for timely access to care closer to home.
You will work with clinicians, providers and health districts to develop urgent care and after-hours GP services, strengthen care pathways and ease hospital pressure.
