The Role:
The Procurement Administrator will support the Commercial & Procurement team across the full procurement lifecycle, from early market analysis, budget pricing and supplier engagement through to live project procurement.
Contribute to procurement governance, systems, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement within a renewables EPC environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support preparation of RFQs, RFTs and scope packages for project procurement
Coordinate with engineering, legal, commercial and delivery teams to support procurement strategies
Engage with suppliers to track manufacturing, delivery and resolve issues impacting schedules
Maintain procurement, contract and document registers to ensure governance and accuracy
Assist with vendor onboarding,



compliance checks and supplier performance tracking
Support tender evaluations, comparisons and procurement recommendations
Process purchase requests in line with approved procedures
Contribute to procurement systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Commerce, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Internship or academic project experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial operations (preferred)
Ideally familiarity with procurement systems and tools is a plus
Proficient in the MS Suite – Excel/Word/Teams
