Job Description
UnitingCareQueenslandis seeking an experienced Domestic and Family Violence Counsellor to deliver trauma-informed therapeutic counselling and targeted case management for women affected by DFV in Chermside.
The role requires high-level risk assessment, safety planning, and strong advocacy within a cooperative care framework.
You will maintain accurate client records, provide advocacy, and work with internal teams and external specialist services.
