Western Health is implementing Project PeopleConnect to enhance HR platforms and workforce support. The Change Manager will drive change management, communications and training across the HRIS implementation, collaborating with People & Culture teams and project leadership to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires leading change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training plans to enable successful deployment of HRSM and RostHub solutions within Victoria's health system.
