The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a high level of customer service while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service and repair needs.
n
Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates.
n
Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings.
n
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair progress.
n
Keep customers informed about additional work, costs, and completion times.
n
Process invoices and explain completed work to customers upon vehicle collection.
n
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
n
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
n
Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate.
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
n

Skills and Qualifications:

n

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
n




Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
n
Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
n
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
n
Valid driver's licence (preferred).
