Key Areas of Practice
n
We are seeking RMA experienced in:
n
n
Employer Sponsored Visas – Subclass 482, 186, 494, Labour Agreements
n
General Skilled Migration (GSM) – Subclass 189, 190, 491 including Skills Assessments
n
Family & Partner Visas
n
Preparing high-quality submissions and legal arguments
n
Researching migration legislation, policy and case law
n
Representing clients at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Registered Migration Agent (OMARA registered)
n
Minimum 1–2 years migration practice experience
n
Solid case management, research, and submission preparation skills
n
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet KPIs
n
n
High-performing Migration Agents with solid client management skills and proven case success will be highly valued and rewarded.
