Senior UI/UX Designer (Baseline Clearance preferred)
Contract: 12 months (likely extensions)
Location: Canberra / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline Clearance preferred
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver a modern internal portal.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive, user‐centred digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design UI/UX for web or mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications
Develop user stories, storyboards, and design assets
Facilitate co‐design workshops and stakeholder interviews
Collaborate with delivery teams to align design with business goals
Skills & Experience
8-10+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing up-to-date UI/UX work
Proficiency with Figma, Canva,



Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Experience in consulting or government environments is an advantage
