Schmick Scratch and Dent Assist is a membership program for repairs of minor scratches and dents on our members vehicles.We areseeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, friendly customer service officers to join the customer service team in our modern offices in Mulgrave.
You will be part of a supportive, fun, professional team that supports you with your growth and development.
About the role:
Contacting customers to discuss outcomes for repairs requests
To support our technicians by coordinating schedules
Ensuring transparent communication of changes to both customers and technicians and seniors
Resolving customer escalations by providing solutions and alternatives within set time limits
Managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls
What we are looking for:
1 candidate to join our customer service team.
You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.




You can work well as part of a team
Skills and experience:
The desire to work with people engage in verbal and written interactions over email and phone
A strong focus on customer satisfaction
Solid and proven problem-solving ability
High attention to detail
Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
Fluency in English is a must
