Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting tenants with their perfect rental properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting property inspections and showcasing available rental properties to potential tenants.

Assisting applicants through the leasing process, from application submission to lease signing.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property maintenance teams.

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure properties are effectively marketed and leased in a timely manner.

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate or property management is highly regarded but not essential.
