Job Description

Accor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mantra Towers of Chevron in Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. You will lead the maintenance team to ensure facilities and equipment run smoothly, while forging solid partnerships across departments to address challenges and enhance guest experience.

Role requires adaptable shifts, including weekends/public holidays, and a proactive approach to safety and WHS compliance, with focus on preventative maintenance and cost-aware operations.
