Job Description
Monash Health seeks an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Adult Acute Social Work team at Casey Hospital on a permanent part time basis (0.8 EFT). You'll provide high-quality psychosocial assessment, intervention and advocacy to adult patients and families, supporting discharge planning and connecting people with the services they need within a busy acute hospital setting.
