About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, helping with orders, accounts tasks, and general office support.
No two days are the same — you'll be answering calls, processing invoices, preparing payments, posting simple social media updates, and keeping the office humming.
We're flexible with hours and happy to offerfull‐time or part‐timearrangements for the right person.
The role isoffice‐based.
What You'll Do
Assist with day‐to‐day office tasks and general admin
Process customer orders and supplier purchase orders
Handle accounts receivable, supplier invoices, and payment processing
Answer phones and greet visitors with a friendly,
professional attitude
Prepare documents, update records, and maintain organised systems
Create simple social media posts and assist with email communication
Work closely with our directors and field team to support daily operations
What You'll Bring
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Friendly communication and customer service skills
Experience in admin or accounts (preferred but not essential)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile
Confidence using email, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
