Senior Project Coordinator
Location: North Ryde (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)
Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Are you a confident and capable Senior Project Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career?
We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major $20 million digital transformation, and we're looking for a driven individual to support the successful delivery of high-impact projects-with the opportunity to step into project management responsibilities over time.
What's on offer:
A 12-month fixed-term contract supporting a high-profile digital transformation program
A collaborative and supportive team environment
Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office
A genuine pathway to grow into a Project Manager role, with mentorship and hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning, scheduling, risk and issue tracking, and reporting
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams
Assist with governance and compliance documentation
Coordinate stakeholder communications and help drive project milestones
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator in complex environments




Exposure to large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
A team player who's eager to learn and grow
