RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely perform manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting materials
n
Assist tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with hands-on support
n
Operate and maintain hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely
n
Adhere to all site safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
n
Maintain site cleanliness through general housekeeping duties
n
Participate in pre-starts and toolbox talks
n
Review, contribute to, and comply with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), including signing on as required
n
Valid Driver's Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
n
n
Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications
n
n
High Risk Work Licences: WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB, SS
n
Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence: HR/HC/MC
n




Working at Heights certified
n
Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
n
Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach
n
Ability to work effectively in a team supporting skilled tradespeople
n
Prior experience across a range of construction projects
n
Competent in reading and interpreting layout and general arrangement drawings
n
