We are partnering with a leading organisation in the energy sector that is currently undertaking a significant business transition project. As part of this initiative, they are seeking a Property Administrator to join their team and provide administrative and project support to the property function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration or project coordination experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and supporting a busy team. Property experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Property team
Assist with project administration activities across a major transition program
Update project schedules and track project deliverables
Follow up with business stakeholders and task owners regarding outstanding actions and status updates
Track and manage landlord consents relating to Change of Control activities
Liaise with landlords via phone and email as required
Support BAU property administration activities
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills & Experience – Essential
Previous experience in administration, project administration, project coordination, or a similar support role
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at various levels
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive approach with the ability to follow up on actions and deadlines
Skills & Experience – Desirable
Experience supporting business transition, acquisition, divestment, or change programs
Property administration, lease administration, facilities, or real estate experience
Exposure to stakeholder management involving external parties such as landlords

While property exposure would be advantageous, the stronger preference is for someone with solid administration or project support experience who can quickly pick up processes and provide reliable team support. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, personable, and comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders.
