Job Description

Linfox is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to drive industrial relations strategy across a diverse, unionised blue‐collar workforce at our NSW HQ in Kemps Creek. You'll provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders to support operational efficiencies, with exposure to unions, tribunals, and courts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Workplace/Industrial Relations, solid investigations experience, and a solid understanding of Fair Work Act and enterprise bargaining.
