Preferred Requirements
Minimum 5 years' nursing experience with demonstrated clinical leadership capability




Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation certification at First Responder level
Medical Emergency Care (MEC) and Resuscitation Emergency Care (REC) qualifications
Willingness to participate in portfolio management, audit activities, and senior staff responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, or equivalent professional standing
Royal Australian Navy (RAN) or Rural and Isolated Practice Registered Nurse (RIPRN) credential, or immunisation credential
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in emergency or primary health care nursing
