We are looking for an Gaming Manager to join and lead our gaming team.

n

Working closely with the General Manager you will:

n

Lead the day-to-day operations in the gaming room. You will manage a talented and dedicated team during your shift, including providing exceptional levels of customer service as well as building and maintaining solid relationships with the local community.

n

Responsibilities will include:

n

n
Ensuring the gaming room is well-presented and welcoming for all our patrons.
n
Planning and preparing all operational requirements for the consistent delivery of customer service.
n
Opening or closing the gaming room (depending on shift).
n
Monitoring and managing all RSA,



RCG and WHS responsibilities in the gaming room, resolving or escalating incidents or concerns as necessary.

Established leadership skills.
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Experience with EGMs.
n
A collaborative approach with management.
n
A keen eye for the detail.
n
Strong reporting and communication skills.
n
NSW RSA and ARGC.
n
Have working rights in Australia.
n
