Technical Customer Service Officer - Maintenance Department

$40-$42 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm
n
Three days onsite and two days WFH
n

About the role:

n

n
Manage high volumes of phone and email enquiries
n
Support maintenance, compliance and emergency gas-related requests nationwide
n
Act as the first point of contact for internal customers and contractors
n
Log, prioritise and follow up technical incidents and maintenance requests
n
Liaise with technicians, contractors and internal departments
n
Update customer, maintenance and asset-management systems
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation
n
Complete correspondence, filing and general administration
n
Assist with banking, price adjustments and stock reconciliations
n

About you:

n

n




Technical customer service, service-desk or maintenance coordination experience
n
Utilities, industrial maintenance or facilities experience
n
Solid call-centre experience and communication skills
n
Experience managing technical faults, work orders or urgent service requests
n
Familiarity with asset-management or maintenance-planning systems
n
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel and general technical skills
n
Confident liaising with technicians and contractors
n
Able to prioritise competing issues and remain calm under pressure
n
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
n
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
n
