Your Responsibilities

Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
n
Manage defect inspections and rectification works
n
Monitor quality standards across all finishing trades
n
Drive programme and practical completion milestones
n
Conduct site inspections and quality audits
n




Ensure exceptional presentation and workmanship standards
n

About You

n

n
Local experience is highly regarded
n
Experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial or high-rise projects is essential
n
Robust eye for detail and quality
n
Excellent stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously
n
Solid commitment to achieving programme deadlines
n
