About the Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and support the Production Estimating team while ensuring the accuracy, consistency and efficiency of estimating outputs.
n
You will play a key role in maintaining estimating standards, improving systems and processes, supporting construction operations, and developing team capability across both local and offshore resources.
n
Success in this role requires strong residential construction knowledge, leadership capability, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead,



mentor and support the Production Estimating team on a day-to-day basis
n
Coordinate workflow, priorities and resource allocation across the estimating function
n
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve quality, efficiency and consistency
n
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and construction stakeholders
n
Provide technical advice and support across the broader business
n
Review estimating trends and contribute to purchasing and cost improvement initiatives
n
n
Master BOQ & Estimating Support
n
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will:
n
n
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Master BOQs
n
Review and elevate site constraints, shortages, supplier delays and cost overruns
n
Ensure estimating documentation is accurate and aligned with selections and construction requirements
n
Coordinate QA reviews against Master BOQs and established checklists
n
Attend site meetings when required and assist with variations and site-related estimating matters
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

Experience within residential construction estimating or production support
n
Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Strong organisation, planning and workflow management capability

A proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement

Sound understanding of residential construction methods and documentation
