Top of the Crop Labour Hire Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Tractor Operator to support horticultural operations within the Mildura table grape industry. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
n
Operate tractors and agricultural equipment.
n
Palletise and move harvested produce.
n
Load and unload trucks and transport vehicles.
n
Assist with dispatch and logistics activities.
n
Conduct routine equipment inspections and pre-start checks.
n
Maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Complete inventory and stock movement records.
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Experience operating forklifts in an agricultural or logistics environment.
n
Current Forklift Licence (LF).
n
Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
n




Ability to work safely and independently.
n
Strong work ethic and reliability.
n
Ability to work in a regional horticultural environment.
n
n

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis and paid under the Horticultural Award **** at a starting rate of level 1 $***** per hour. Workers must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be available for early morning starts 6-7 days a week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including Sundays.
