The Role

We're looking for motivated cleaners with a can‐do attitude who are willing to learn, punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its team, we'd love to hear from you!

Your tasks will include:
n
n
End‐of‐lease cleaning – full property cleans that meet strict real estate standards.
n
Airbnb turnover cleans – rapid and efficient to ensure properties are guest‐ready.
n
Office & commercial cleaning – occasional corporate cleaning jobs.
n
Residential recurrent cleans – ongoing weekly or fortnightly cleaning for private homes.
n
Steam cleaning (sofas & carpets) – professional deep cleaning jobs available for those interested.
n

What We Offer

$32 - $35 per hour + super

Shifts available every single day – including weekends

Steady work Monday–Saturday (NO night shifts)

Who We're Looking For

A can‐do attitude and willingness to learn

Punctual, reliable, and committed to being part of our journey

Prior cleaning experience (end‐of‐lease experience is a bonus)
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently and in a team
n
Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Driver's licence and car is preferred, but not required – many jobs are accessible via public transport.
